That's the sort of tribute you can take to the emotion bank :)

    It's nice to be appreciated.

Looking forward to my own bed tonight after 3 nights sleeping on an air bed!

I think that is really special. Very touching.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
  • That does sound like a lovely day with the walk, quiz and food - i can understand you wanting your own bed though :D

I agree - your hampers look fab :T

MWC maybe you can help me? I made some biscuits over xmas and overcooked! Therefore I thought it might be less wasteful to decorate them for xmas decorations as they were star shaped so the kids have glitter glammed them but how do i seal them to keep year after year???

Yup indeed, gorgeous hampers, lots of love and thought clearly in each and every one of them! Hope you had a good time giving them all out too! I made "me time" trays for my sisters but am thinking of going for homemade goodies next year as 2014 will be the year of the raised beds! I shall hold your hampers as my yardstick of something to aim for!
Best wishes for the new year to you!

    Hi teabody

I'm not sure, sorry... if it was me I would wait until they were absolutely dry and then spray them with clear varnish (probably this)

Also, I would then store them in an airtight container.
