    It's now 24 hours since I was bitten - if I'm no worse in the morning then I think I'll be OK. 36 hours post-bite was the worst last time - skin so tight I thought my foot was going to explode and weeping blisters :eek:

    HM chilli & rice with some leftover fresh beetroot for dinner

    Mr MWC is away tonight so I'm looking forward to an early night and sleeping in the middle of the bed :D

    My ankle is a little less shapely than it was a couple of hours ago but the redness is much the same...

    I've just been comparing my ankle with a photo taken this time yesterday morning and there isn't much difference - perhaps slightly worse today. Still painful :(

    I'm on a fast day today so I can't even cheer myself up with chocolate :(
