Wow, cannot believe it is halfway through October.... I couldn't see another thread, but if there is one, please merge me 
My OH is away for a few days, so it is just me, so looking forward to some easy, quick suppers

Sunday - lasagne, HM garlic Bread, Salad
Monday - Gammon, HM chips, peas and sweetcorn
Tuesday - Cottage pie with Cauli cheese and veg
Wed - Gammon Risotto
Thursday - Mac cheese and HM garlic bread
Fri - Moroccan chicken tagine with cous cous - New recipe so hope it tastes as good as it sounds
Sat - Spicy veg Quesdillas with mexican rice and HM tomato salsa

Cooked breakfast with sausages, bacon, tomatoes, scrambled egg
Cottage pie (home made from the freezer) and roast pots, veg

Meatballs & pasta
Fish & chips, peas
Chicken curry (home made from the freezer) with hm egg fried rice.
Need to cook some chicken and fish next week to vary things a bit.

tue - probably an indian takeaway as a treat for mum & dad arriving & DS going on hols wed

Great as always to read people's mealplans, so thank you all.
Here's mine
Sat: Lasagne with 1/2 a garlic bread
Sun: Black Bean Chicken & Noodles
Mon: Corned Beef Hash (memory lane, just feel like having this!)
Tues: Paprika Chicken Open Sandwiches with Salad & Chips
Weds: Rogan Josh with Rice
Thurs: Sausage Chilli with Sautee Potatoes
Fri: Baguette Pizzas
Might do some baking, though as I'm weighing a little more than I'd hoped I'll avoid the cakes. It's good to get back into the routine of sitting down and mealplanning - it makes me feel like I'm doing something useful. Anyway, have a good week all.

I was a bit late doing my plan this week - I wrote one on Wednesday, then looked back at it this morning, decided I didn't like what I'd planned, and re-did the whole thing.
I've now got:
Saturday - suet crust mince and onion pie with kale
Sunday - bacon joint, stuffing and roast veggies
Monday - courgette, pesto and cheese pasta
Tuesday - chicken curry wraps (a meal kit I got from AF)
Wednesday - kofte kebabs with spicy tomato sauce, roast spaghetti squash and a wrap to dip in the sauce
Thursday - scampi, chips and beansBack after a very long break!0 -
Meals in no particular order and dont plan anything for Saturdays. TRY to do one new menu per week which will be in RED - Our week starts on a Thursday so have already had the top two
Fish
SWEET & SOUR WUXI chicken wings (a Ching-He Huang recipe although she uses pork ribs) with watercress salad
Beef stew & dumplings with cabbage
L.O stew with Jkt potato or wedges
Sausage & mash, broccoli & cauli with onion sauce (request from DH)Chicken cannelloni, sweet corn & tomato salad
Have also just cooked a quiche as had some eggs that needed using and some cream.

Sunday: Roast pork, braised red cabbage with apple (cooked today while doing a casserole), home grown green beans (final picking today but still loads already in freezer), roast potatoes and gravy
Monday: Cold pork, baked beans, boiled potatoes & pickles
Tuesday: Kedgaree
Wednesday: HM Pizza, HM chips & salad
Thursday: Mousaka
Friday: Baked salmon with chilli & parmasan polenta + salad
Saturday: Was going to be chicken & rice (HM from freezer made from LO for last week's roast) but now going to DD2s for dinner
