Thanks, Hotcookie, for starting off the thread :) Great as always to read people's mealplans, so thank you all.

    Here's mine

Sat: Lasagne with 1/2 a garlic bread
Sun: Black Bean Chicken & Noodles
Mon: Corned Beef Hash (memory lane, just feel like having this!)
Tues: Paprika Chicken Open Sandwiches with Salad & Chips
    Weds: Rogan Josh with Rice
Thurs: Sausage Chilli with Sautee Potatoes
    Fri: Baguette Pizzas

Might do some baking, though as I'm weighing a little more than I'd hoped I'll avoid the cakes. It's good to get back into the routine of sitting down and mealplanning - it makes me feel like I'm doing something useful. Anyway, have a good week all.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I was a bit late doing my plan this week - I wrote one on Wednesday, then looked back at it this morning, decided I didn't like what I'd planned, and re-did the whole thing. :o I've now got:

Saturday - suet crust mince and onion pie with kale
Sunday - bacon joint, stuffing and roast veggies

Monday - courgette, pesto and cheese pasta
Tuesday - chicken curry wraps (a meal kit I got from AF)
Wednesday - kofte kebabs with spicy tomato sauce, roast spaghetti squash and a wrap to dip in the sauce
Thursday - scampi, chips and beans
Back after a very long break!
