    Morning all

Monday.........home made pizza (leftover dough from Saturday)
Tuesday....... Beef casserole, carrots onions cabbage cauliflower
Wednesday... Sausages onion gravy, mashed spuds and beans
    Thursday...... Spag bol garlic bread
Friday.......... breaded fish, home made chips mushy peas.
Saturday......home made pizza (plus 'kids' sometimes get a Chinese hubby pays so it is not out of my grocery budget):)
Sunday........ Balti rice naan and chicken spuds veg and gravy.

Hubby loves a curry on a Sunday evening and 'kids' love chicken dinner. The two eldest at uni so love something decent to eat on a Sunday before they leave for the week. Their words not mine.

Ice cream in freezer if anyone fancies something after.

Best thing is I have the Spag bol cooked and in the freezer. Made enough for 2 weeks. Same with the balti.

As*a delivery this week don't need much mostly milk bread veg and fruit

Lunches are normally leftovers from night previous/ sandwiches etc.

Breakfast is a choice of cereal, toast, muesli, fruit, orange juice. Not all at once :)

    Thanks for a great thread

    Hi everyone,

I've been a bit unorganised this weekend! I was literally writing my meal plan on the way to Mr T's (DH was driving I hasten to add!) so it's not very exciting...

Sunday - Roast Turkey breast, cauliflower cheese, potato & peas
    Monday - Vegetarian Omelettes
    Tuesday - Chicken enchiladas
Wednesday - Veg stir fry, nuts & noodles
Thursday - Chilli - will use a big pack of mince & freeze half of it for a quick "ready meal" during the week soon
Friday - Cous cous stuffed peppers or risotto (Mr T's didn't have any peppers at all, so depends if I can get any during the week...which is a dangerous thing to try & do as I can never buy just the one thing!
Saturday - No need to plan anything as we're going to a wedding :)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Ok, bit late....
Tonight, veg soup and walnut bread
Tues portabello mushroom instead of bun bugers
Wednesday...only need supper for me, I don't know yet!
Thursday baked potato with Tuna and spring onion 'topping'
    Friday (my night off cooking)
Saturday...I think I will make mushroom Marsala sause with whole meal pasta. Last night we had crudite and bagna calda and that has been equested again too.
Sunday pretty sure they will want meat by now (might swap this for Saturday meal) so will drag someting out from the freezer. And update.
