Empower network

My wife has recently started blogging with empower network and when I have looked into it the words pyramid scheme come to mind. Does anybody have any experience of this and is it as I suggested just another pyramid scheme in a different guise.

  • Just Google "Empower Network scam" and you will find plenty of people who agree with you.

There are plenty of affiliates promoting it and although I don't personally use their methodology, it's seems to be one of the better marketing programs in the online marketplace.

[text removed by MSE Forum Team], as PlutoinCapricorn said, even search google!
  • its only a scam for people who hasnt made any money, working a 9-5 J)ust O)ver B)roke is the scam of history.
  • The recent spam messages from semi literate people confirm our suspicions.

  • The recent spam messages directly from Empower have been removed. It is a pity that they were not quoted, as they make it obvious what they are. No one with any sense would have anything to do with the originator of such badly written rubbish.

    Hi folks

There seems to be a lot of people saying that it is a scam. However, there are also a lot of people who claim to have made large amounts of money & that it seems to be one of the better home business schemes.

What are your thoughts on this?

I vaguely know someone who has been doing this for a few years now and she's making quite a lot of money from it. She's met the owners and invited me round to her house to show me the programme. Not pushy or anything, she just showed me how it works and all I can remember about it is that it seemed like a lot of work and I don't ever intend to work that hard for money ever again, so I didn't persue it. Seem to remember it was something to do with writing blogs and there was some sort of monthly financial commitment for membership or something? All a bit misty now as tbh, I wasn't interested enough to retain many facts but not my cup of tea, seemed too time consuming for me and time is what I value most!

You'll always find lots of negative/positive reviews if you google anything, usually from people who either have a grudge/couldn't make it work so post negatively or people who are making money/recruiting who will post positively!

Have a look on youtube, I think there are a few vids on there that go into more detail. Maybe it's just me but I found that American English was largely incomprehensible! Anyway, I had a quick look at it and from what I was told decided it wasn't for me, mostly because I can't be bothered spending time writing blogs and promoting them. Have a look in more depth yourself but there were (at the time) monthly financial commitments and quite a lot of internet marketing skills required. It may have changed, dunno or I may have misunderstood the whole thing. Not for me but that's not to say it's not for others.
