Because often, most often they are either fake emails, emails of ppl who no longer check or open them (which harms your open rate and isnt good at all) and if they did not sign up and agree to have their details passed on then its actually a crime. Even if they did agree they often didnt read the small print and will see you aas spam as they dont know you.
Not to mention that ppl will report you for spam and your autoresponder provider will shut you down if you are reported often..... So many reason, its messy0 -
Thanks Chai.
I actually joined EN yesterday - I thought Iwould give it a go and cancel my membership after about 3 months if I don't get much of a return.0 -
Ahh ok, cool. Dont forget return is measured also by email leads so be sure to capture ppls email address and if you can offer your own product to sell not purely EN.
Keep us updated and good luck!!!!!0 -

How can I capture ppls email address?
Thanks0 -
Well.....
Im not sure if you can embed things on the empower blog but I presume you can so you would use a service like aweber which is how you send emails to those who sign up and then you can send them emails with content content content then something for sale... It sounds like you would benefit from some general internet marketing training and im hoping they give that to you.
Box should look like this0 -
Hi Folks
Just out of curiosity, has anybody else joined or had experience (good or bad) of Empower?
Thanks0 -
Hi Folks

This is one program which has tortured my brain recently. Do I really want to join what looks like a pyramid selling system? Everyone at the bottom is trying to climb up the ladder, but you know how tight it gets when you try and move up the pyramid.
There are a select few people who make an excellent income from the Empower Network, but what they have is a large email list and and excellent contacts in the online marketplace, so if you have either then, it would be probably be worthwhile, other than that I don't think it would be beneficial.
Conclusion............. Build a healthy email list first and then consider the Empower Network.Lao Tzu - "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime"
