How to find out interest rate on Santander Cash ISA?

Afternoon,
I transferred some money into a Santander Cash ISA in early September, attracted by the 3.30% interest rate (Issue 9). Unfortunately I missed this by a few days, when it became Issue 10 and the rate dropped to 3.00%. However, when I log in online, the account is listed as an Issue 9. Is there any way of double checking my interest rate? I registered for annual interest payments.

Does this help?

If not, picking up the phone and asking may be an idea.0 -
Send them a "secure message" through Internet Banking, that way you can keep a copy of interest rate.

I would guess all are open in lunch hours.
I bet there are a handful that are open before 9am or after 5pm.
Then there are those call centre things. A bit 1990s I know.
But sometimes the customer has to make an effort too.0 -
Well my branch opens at 9am in the week except Wednesday when it opens at 9.30am for some reason. I am in work at 7.30am
I have an official 1/2 hour lunch break, it's a 15 minute walk to the branch so don't leave any time at all given the queues are probably 10+ minutes long at this time of day.
I finish work at 5pm and surprise surprise my branch is closed at 5pm too. The exception to this rule is Thursday night when they are open until 7pm :-) or a Saturday morning (Which is the more likely time for me to visit a branch if it's really needed).
I was kidding though...0 -
