Problem with a couple of threads...

I've managed to do a search on the merged thread and extracted the posts relating to Barclaycard, Clydesdale and Capital One meantime and started their own threads again.

It may well be that some of the posts are missing from the threads and when I get the merged thread down to a more manageable size I can find the missing posts and put them into the relevant threads.

There have been a number of mysteriously merged threads again over the w/end one of which is the Halifax and the HBOS aka Bank of Scotland thread. While this one is not a great problem a lot of the answers in the HBOS aka Bank of Scotland thread refer specifically to reclaiming in Scotland so I have started to un-merge this thread.

I usually go to the clydesdale bank page but don't seem to be able to find it. I have bookmarked it on my comp. but when I try to go into it it doesn't come up. Can you tell me where it is? Thanks

can you help me, trying to get a hold of my bank charges, sent my first official letter, received a letter back saying they have sold my account on,,, all I want is a record of my charges. so confused, dont know where to find anything on computer, never mind a site, what I can gather so far is to ask the edinburghlass for help, so, sorry if this is put on the wrong place.
