Or may even provide some relevant and practical experience.
The problem is isolating the rubbish from the good advice and that's not hard to do.0 -
Precedent is reliable authority, it is always going to be an accurate source of information. No member of the legal profession knows the intricacies of every case, it would be impossible to do so.
No one has suggested that the OP should have a better knowledge than a judge, but rather they should look to a more reliable source of information.
so is someone not able to offer advice and provide sources if needed?
The fact is the OP has done all that she could and has only came on here to make sure she has covered everything, why you feel that warrants you being rude to her beats me,
