Ebay.com CS have unfairly closed my SNAD case so what to do?

    Ebay have stringent policy guidelines and if they are breached Ebay will act if it is brought to their attention. It isn't ONLY threats of physical violence.

    Surely there were photos of the shoes from every angle??

    I've bought my son lots of shoes from ebay, but only when they include a clear photo from every angle to show they really are like new!!

    Apparently not as the photo from the original listing was in the OP's new listing. I really don't think referring to the seller as a skank in the new listing is helping her case here.
    I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o
