can anybody recomend a 'cheap' broadband provider?

Hi,

been on dial up for years and reasonably happy with it; i dont do gaming and am fairly patient waiting for things to download but i think the time has come to switch to broadband.

i am not too bothered about speed (reckon anything will seem fast after dial up) but dont want to pay much more than my current £9.99 if possible - certainly under £20

as for how much i use it - i probably would download about 30 songs per month and the rest would be just surfing - so what kind of limit/unlimited package would be best for me. I wouldnt want to worry about going over limit so anything that tells me in plenty of time would be good.

Obviously people have diff experiences but if anybody could recommend something i would be grateful.

I was happy with Ukonline. It was £9.99 for 1mb speed, with unlimited downloads.
If you have Sky TV I suggest joining their broadband. I'm paying £5 a month now for 8MB speed (40GB limit - but this is more than enough for your needs).
