Just a quick update, spoke to the neighbour she sheepishly said she was surprised no one had contacted her in 14 years about the damp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
She is happy to do whatever it takes to solve the problem, even though she bought the house with the garden already built over the dpc. Am relieved, but saying is one thing & doing is another......!. Can't get the stupid pics uploaded, am going to ask my bro to help me.
