I think it's a shame through don't but I can see a point coming when they will do so.
The quick solution would be to creat automatic returns policy for business sellers that meet bare minimum DSRs (but which they can tweak themselves if they offer above these). Which would not be too hard, particularly if, as a business account, it was mandatory to sign up for it.
Obviously that would not protect people from those folks who trade as private but are clearly a business but overall it would make things more robust.

This is not correct.

No returns on listings is only applicable to change of mind returns with private sellers.

A seller must accept a return if the item was misdescribed or damaged/broken.
No contract was broken.
