Free £10 off Train Tickets - error

Hi,

I was trying to obtain a free £10 off train ticket today. I logged on atexactly 11am and 3pm. I entered my email address and the Image codes when asked.However EVERY time I enter the code and press submit, it would just reset theImage code. This repeatedly happened until the codes ran out a few minuteslater. This is very annoying as I made sure I logged on on time, entered acorrect email address and I am 100% sure I enter the correct codes each time. Ihave no idea why this happened but I think it is unfair and extremelyfrustrating!

Agree this just did not work. What a waste of time!

I had no problems.

After I entered the Image code a note with the ticket code appeared below although the image code was still there. This could lead to someone thinking that it had not worked unless they looked below.
