Hi guys, hope you don't mind me starting this thread but I know I'm a little lost without moozie's great organisation of the challenge and daily spends and I'm sure many of you guys are too. I kinda feel that we aught to elect a second to take over till moozie either sobers up enough or feels better enough to come back to us (depending on which story you've heard
). I'll volunteer myself so if everyone is happy with that I'll carry on moozie's good work till I can hand the reigns back on her return. If anyone has a problem with it please tell me, I'd rather not if it bothers anyone!
Right here's last weeks targets, got a few greens posted on last weeks thread, well done all of you, afraid I let the side down by being the only red so far...I blame my mum, everytime she visits I end up spending, even she mentioned it, and that day I spent £8 on jewelry in matalan (all reduced and a set for my sis) then a chinese take away with a friend  Promise to try harder this week, especially if there's a chance I'm fronting this thread, lead by example I say!

now a word from our absentee leader,
'Now for anyone looking in, please feel free to join - the more the merrier! Basically, decide on the amount you want to spend up to from Sunday until the end of the working day on Friday then pledge it here and off we go! The challenge is about incidental spending and not for stuff that should be budgeted elsewhere such as bills, groceries, debt repayment etc but you decide what to include at the end - this is about changing your habits and improving your recording of your spends more than anythng else.
The reason the challenge is up to Friday is that I like to give myself a day off the counting and let my hair down a bit '
This week I spent £10.38 on my weekly food shop and had £1.92 left in my purse which is my target for this week, at least till friday night which should be spent out for the first time in a month! Spent 59p in sainsbury today for cstock cubes to make soup and rolls for the bbq!
so lets have some totals and targets for next week from you guys! remember keep it low!
