Hi all  what a brilliant thread, it's cheered me right up as I'm having a crap (see said it lol) time of it at the moment too....

Since my lightbulb `momento' last September 2006, I have paid off £5650. Trying to claim back nine sets of bank and loan charges at the moment  -

I have to as the charges have spiralled so out of control I could be in outer space!!!
Thanks to you all for cheering me up today :A :T :T :rotfl: (sooo pleased you'll be sub £20k SS, whoohoo!)

  • I haven't made any significant inroads into my debt other than my regular monthly payments but I have become much more aware of my spending habits. I have some big bills to pay (vet bills) so I am being very careful with grocery shopping and so on and I hope to reap the benefits by not going into any more debt whilst I sort these bills, rather than letting them take me more into debt.
