    I can't say it was easy, I still shudder at the £20 per week grocery shops we used to do (oh the amount of baked beans and smart price bread (toast) I have eaten :rotfl: ), and the freezing cold damp flat we used to live in, but it definitely strengthened our relationship, and taught us to appreciate what we have now.

    I quite agree. I even have a smile on my face now. And swearing in print feels all the more naughty ;)

    snaggles i used to live in a caravan i remember £20 week shops well ...and you are right it does strengthen the relationship your right ...
