today virgin upgraded my 10 meg to 20meg after me trying to get a 30meg super hub delivered free-but they would only reduce it to £10 from £20-im using there broadband and phone why wouldnt they want to keep me happy and send this very small item out for free!!

why would they want to keep you happy ,its not some thing big company's do ,they just take your money and give you the bear minimumthere or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff0

It's only when you threaten to stop using them that they want to keep yo happy, as long as you are still paying each month they are more than happy.No free lunch, and no free laptop
