How would you word feedback?

I'd put positive and say 'Item lost in post. Replacement sent out quickly' or something to that effect. If most of their feedback says items were lost in post then that could seen negative to other buyers, but it shows they can send out replacements quickly if it was Royal Mail's fault and not them forgetting to send it originally.
More likely that will rebound on you as some people look for INR problems in buyers' feedback.

I bought some parts for a motorbike that didn't arive. The seller sent me out new ones - excellent service on their part.
Four weeks later the original parts arrived! These I sent back to the seller. Slowest deliery I've ever had0 -
