Help! Superglue incident!

DON'T use warm water whatever you do, its moisture that makes superglue dry faster.
The best thing for removal is heat but obviously you wont be wanting to use a hot iron on your leg0 -
Use acetone based nail varnish remover - the stuff that is UNSUITABLE for false nails, as the other type (acetate, I believe) doesn't work.
Just soak a cotton wool pad and use that.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -

Mostly free, trousers have had it though
I only had 'gentle' nail varnish remover which didn't do much so I have had to cut the trousers off and peel as much as I could off.
I now have a nice patch on my leg and a one-legged pair of trousers!
Hoping my patch will fall off eventually0 -
I always keep some acetone based nail polish remover in the house as I have a bit of a history with superglue ... Once spent a good few hours with a hairclip glued to three of my fingers, it was very inconvenient0

I read somewhere about cooking oil helping to get rid of superglue, hope it helps!0

Once spent a good few hours with a hairclip glued to three of my fingers, it was very inconvenient
I generally find that superglue never works on the things I want it to stick together, but in the process of finding out I'm wasting my time I end up with at least 2 fingers glued to something they shouldn't be. Very odd.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
