The jobcentre tried to sanction me 3 times in 6 weeks last year, my crime was because I did not sign and that was because, I signed a forward directive, as I was on a course they sent me on for 6 weeks. So I went down to sort it out & they could not find it, until I produced copy of it. My housing benefit was stopped & had to be restarted each time.
