Your isp should have given you more than one address. If you have run all the secuity software & still no change, then it may be adviseable to get another e-mail address from your isp & dump the one you are using. Or get a gmail account or try lycos.co.uk for their free mail.

Can you not set up TWO rules in OE (Tools|Message Rules|Mail):

the first to direct all emails addressed to 'yourname@ISP.co.uk' to your inbox

and a second which

sends ALL emails (except those covered by RULE 1) to your trash folder.

I would recommend sending it to the trash rather than deleting from the server, so that you can glance through the trash every couple of days to make sure there is nothing in it that shouldn't be.

Just make sure the rules are in this order of priority or EVERYTHING will be sent to the trash.
