Advice please - still not received iPad from win on 7 August!

That is very kind of you to check. Unfortunately I did not receive the iPad yesterday. I did, however, receive this e-mail from hello(at)missgym.com (didn't want a live link):

I have had your ipad delivery confirmation through
It actually came through a few days back but i will explain why i havent been able to action it till today

I have the delivery as 21st for you
Its on a before 10am delivery slot so you dont have to wait in all day
Sorry i couldnt get it for today

So you are aware why we have had delays and why i have had to park missgym for a while
i was diagnosed with testicular cancer and have been under treatment for this
so along with a house move we've had a bit of a stressful time to say the least
hence the reason whilst we both have had to stop working for a bit

sorry youve had delays getting your prize
but im sure you'll get a lot of joy out of it

Your ipad is all paid for now and delivery confirmed

Please do drop me an email once in your hands
if i am slow replying do bear with me as i have a whole host of emails to reply to and also a couple more days at the hospital over the coming days

If I receive nothing on the 21st, I guess I will just have to e-mail the ASA and request them to look into it again now that I have an e-mail address for correspondence.

Hiya,

What I would personally do in this situation is email back being understanding but asking for the delivery company and tracking number, that way you will know that something is being sent to you

He has put that he has arranged the delivery for the 21st and it will be before 10am so he will either have a conformation of delivery booking or tracking number for it

Best of luck with it, hopefully it will come this time!

i agree with tranmere-just seems odd that they said they were sending it like they had it perviously but have now only just said theyve recived it

I have just sent a short reply sympathizing with his situation but also politely requesting the tracking number and delivery company. I'm not very hopeful.

Nope, I have not had a reply. Not really surprised! Guess we'll see what happens on Wednesday... :-/

Its meant to be delivered directly to you

i will try and do today otherwise tomorrow as i only got home late last night
