Haggling - 3 years in a row will it still work?

Options
Hi everyone :)

We haggled and are successful every year wippieee.. :) it's that time of year again and obviously were raring to go.. but on our bill it shows we have a promotional offer until 13th August 2013! .. Does this mean we are in a contract with them for even longer or does that just mean the discount we got is valid for that length of time? (I didnt make the call hubby did so I have no idea what he's agreed too) It does say if we change our package we may lose our promotional offer! Also, can we really get away with potentially 'leaving' for three years in a row or will they have clicked on by now? Just so I know if were in for a tough call :) Thanks guys xx

What it the problem? Can't you read? They're in contract with them.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
