Good price but if acomm is only booked till the 6th its along time hanging around without a room till your early flight on the 7th.(unless of course you pay to keep room on,but thats more expense)

As it's a work colleague she has confirmed that we can have the apartment until we need to leave for the airport.

To top it all I just phoned ThomsCookTV and they have quoted me £722.86 for those same flights with Cosmos including meals.

Have i got the correct hotel as some are showing Salem Hotel and some Royal Salem? Or are there 2 hotels with near enough the same name?

No sorry they didnt include extra leg room seats.
Try through Thomson build your own as the Royal Salem is also there.
