WARNING! Check Your Tesco Clubcard Points After Purchase

I work for Co op, and we have a man, who does this everytime, he is in the queue.. I have seen other staff allow him to take the points, but I always refuse. It is not that I am mean, or a jobsworth, I basically don't like how he hovers over the customer, when they are being served, watching to see if they have a membership card... when he sees that they don't have one, he will throw his card at you, and say, "Oh you can, put my card through then".!
The same guy, also had us open a Fair trade cake, so that he could taste it!!!..which we did........ can you believe he then said, mmmm its nice, but I think I will buy mine at the church!! Hello... that will be a totally different cake at the church... his audacity that day, just turned me right against him, and I make sure now he never gets anybody elases points, and have made all the other staff aware of him, and his little tricks.

The sad thing about staff, who pull scams on things like Nectar points, mean it could one day lead to companies barring staff members from holding the cards.

I second that, I'm a cashier in Sainsburys and I've known of 2 members of staff prosecuted for theft of nectar points in the last 3 years. One was actually arrested at work and marched out of the store into a police car. Most cashiers are just there to earn honest money....not fiddle customers. Please don't be suspicious of us cos most of us are lovely!
