The account holder for the contract is over 24, but the user of the mobile is U24 (a minor, so cant carry out a contract). Are they still eligible? (t-mobile)

    Excuse my poor vocab-
Does the under 24 still qualify for U24 despite the account holder being over 24?

Edit: My bad, only Orange are offering U24 :(

Do you mean someone is under 24 and wants to take out a contract with T-mobile ?

Yes, it's really hard, if not impossible, to understand what the OP means.

Obviously the account holder has to be under 24 to qualify.

The account holder can be older than 24. But they have to have more than one orange number on the account. Example. Dad has his own number and another for daughter on same account. Dad then has to go into an orange shop with id. eg a couple of passports. They will then apply U24 to daughters phone. I've checked this out myself recently...

'not the account holder, but still under 24?

No problem. If you're not the account holder, but still under 24 years old and have your own separate phone on the account, you can still take advantage of U24. You need to be a named user on the account first for your phone.
If you're over 16, go to an Orange Retail store with one of the proofs of ID below and they'll get it added.
If you're under 16, you're need to take the account holder along with you and you'll both need proof of ID from the list below.'
