    Afternoon All

    Hugs all round if needed.
Washing all dried outside again today and I've done the ironing! House not too bad but don't have time to do much, off to work in a mo.

Going down south at the weekend to take DS2s GFs stuff down to her, phoned the insurance co to get him on my insurance and they wont do it cos he's under 25. Wouldn't mind but I checked before I took out the policy that under 25s could go on the policy. Not sure what to do now as it's an awful lot of driving for me to do myself.

Anyway, hope you all have good days/evenings. Take care. XX

    Evening all!

Been out today to Ironbridge with work - had a nice walk round town and over the famous bridge:)

Made some pasta bake for tea and some for the freezer for next week.

Washing is finishing off in the TD.

Cold here - my poor hands have suffered again today.:(

DH went back to work today after a month off - he's not 100% but he's very stubborn and wont be told:cool:

Not read the thread yet, will catch up later.

    take care x

    Evening all

(((((hugs))))) to all in need, especially hilstep
    belated birthday to moorhen

Busy day! We started our greenhouse project with the work kids. They measured out the area, pegged it out, de-turfed it, and dug four 2foot holes to put the corner posts in. They worked hard bless them, and they carried on through a few rain showers too. We finished around 3pm and then I went to help with the office move, pretty much everything has now been moved to the new site. It looked so huge and empty in the old office :(.

Popped to Co-op on way home. Got 200g Red Leciester for 50p and a pack of sugar snap peas and baby corn for 40p. Had the peas and corn for tea in a stirfry, yum!

OS wise - packed lunch made, dishes washed, laundry put away, work dishes washed,

    Have a fab evening all

    Good evening from Mevagissey :hello:

Since thursday night, I haven't cooked a thing, I've done no housework, only washed up twice and have done one load of washing. Obviously all this is a sign that I should stay here forever :D

I've been eating really healthy food but obviously way too much of it because my jeans are tight :D Before anyone who knows me on FB thinks they've caught me out, they were miss tru's chips and I only ate one

My leg was painful for the first couple of days and I was limping about like a right limpy thing. The floors are really wonky in this cottage and I thought I was actually going to roll out of bed :D Mr tru rolled up a spare duvet and put it under the mattress on my side a couple of nights ago, the bed now feels level and the pain is going.

Do I go to the pub, or to the harbour to feed the swans, or shall I just sit on the sofa with my feet up? These decisions are very stressful.............

Tru: enjoy your rest. Make the most of every moment.

I spent all day waiting in for a parcel to be delivered. Looks as though I will be doing the same thing tomorrow.:( Anyway, decided to make use of the day and gave the kitchen a birthday. It looked lovely until the Rev came in and scattered her stuff all over my cleared and scrubbed sufaces and then compounded her disgrace by frying bacon and eggs and spitting fat all over the clean, shiny hob.:mad:

Lovely surprise this pm as my family arrived, DS2, DIL, DIL's 21 yearold son and his GF and my precious Mia. That put paid to any more work. I had a lovely cuddle with Mia while the others did whatever they had come to do - collect my DGS's birthday present. This is my Autistic DGS who will be 11 next week and is coming for the weekend so we will have a family party then. Apparently he kisses Mia's photograph every night and says "Goodnight Mia." He hasn't seen her yet as he has missed the last 2 weekends. It's going to be good to see them together.:)

Now I have to type the minutes of a meeting before tomorrow night, they have been sitting by the computer for about 3 weeks. They have been a silent reproach to me. I wish I didn't procrastinate.

Any news of Lou? I think of her a lot.

TBH, I would check the policy and if that is ok, ring them back with policy in hand, and firmly state that this was confirmed when I renewed on XXXX date and I am sure that when they review their recording of that conversation that they will agree with my notes of that discussion. Fingers crossed that they will concede, as I'm sure you are paying for that privilege ;)
