  • Thank you :). We are still repositioning at the moment but fundraising for headstart4babies. If ds2 needs a star band the charity will ringfence funds for us, if not they get a load of money so win win.

  • Excuse the ignorance, but what is a "star band"
  • No worries :) it's a special helmet individually made for babies with plagiocephaly to allow their head to grow more into flat areas and prevent the bulge areas getting worse. If I lived in Leeds or Bristol my son would have it on the Nhs, as we live in Cardiff he won't and it costs £2k so we are raising money for a plagiocephaly charity who in turn will help us with the cost if he does need one (we find out in 6 weeks). If he doesn't at least a small charity gets money.

  • Thank you Justajamjar.

Had a couple of spend days. £65 on the weekly shop and £9.50 on a Christmas present (but had money in savings for it). The weekly shop would have been less but ds1 managed to break our iron so we had to buy a new one. I did have a NSD on Friday though :).

Loan payment goes out on Monday so looking forward to updating that figure on Tuesday. £27 paid to Barclaycard thanks to my mortgage company accidentally charging us for house insurance when we already have it.
