Talk talk retention deal or switch to orange?

I've been with talk talk for a year now on the following package:
Evening and weekend calls, 40gb broadband, for £3.25 a month...line rental £114 paid upfront...
My deal period is ending on 30nov and then they will start charging £6.50 a month + line rental for the same package...
I called the retentions team today and I was offered £4.50+line rental for the same package...they said they can upgrade me to unlimited broadband for this price...
I am a Tmobile customer...I rang orange broadband and they offered £5 a month for broadband and £13.50 for line rental....there is a £100 cashback on quidco for this at the moment....
Did anyone hear of a better talk talk retention deal? Should I haggle further with them or just switch to orange?
