Why are Blemain beyond approach

Every where I look no one seems able to stop this lot, or claim successfully against their excessive charges or even their mis sold loans.

Why is this ?

    I've absolutely no idea.

    Meanwhile, whilst you are here on the Reclaim Bank & Credit Card Charges board, is there anything regarding these we could help you with? :)

    There's a separate board for discussing Loans (but then you appear to know that, having posted about the company on that board just over a month ago :cool:)
  • Hi ascint, The FSA fined them £1.2 million for malpractices other malpractices include;
    Blemain v Bentley (unfair relationship)
    " " v Thomas (Agreements unenforcable)
    " " v A J Ridley ( Abuse of process)
    We will never know what gets settled out of court, but i feel sure this list will grow, they seem to rely on defendants inability to afford good legal representation. or just giving up, Being in the right does not mean you win a case, being in the wrong dose not mean you lose! just remember if you have a unregulated loan it only means it is not regulated by the FSA you can still log your complaint with the fsa even on a phone call to them
    The important thing is, THE LOAN IS REGULATED UNDER ENGLISH CONTRACT LAW and other laws
