buymobilephones.net returns

Any got experience of returns with buymobilephones.net?

I just bought a new phone/contract through them, but I hate the phone and want to return it.

I haven't inserted a SIM card, but I have used the wifi, downloaded a few apps and taken photos.

Will they let me return the phone if I factory reset it? Their order confirmation email just said I can't return it once it's connected to a network, but they also say returns need to be in 'pristine' condition.

Thanks :)

Sure, Distance Selling gives you rights to return, so do the reset and send it back by Special Delivery at your cost. I'd really suggest you try out any phone first, before making this type of commitment. As so many things can go wrong....
