Isa for 16 year old

Hi...i wanting some advice...My child is almost 16 and has a savings account that give's (a very poor) 1% interest and would like to open up an isa...can anyone advise which is a good one to open up...and which can be tied up for 2 years....many thanks in advance

Otherwise, you could open/ transfer your ISA to Halifax and go the 'relationship" route?0 -
I think I heard somewhere that a 16-year-old is allowed to hold both an adult ISA and a JISA. So if there is too much to fit in one account, could have one of each.0
