I don't think it is unreasonable for you to be upset and annoyed in the circumstances you and OH are in. However, for your own well being I feel that you should try to distance yourself emotionally if not physically from members of this particular family, they continue time and time again to cause you great upset. The big question is can you do anything to change this situation or their mindset? If the answer is no, then I feel that you need to accept this as fact and engage your emotions and energies in things that will benefit you and the people who love you and that you love. :A
One of the best things that I ever learned is that I DO NOT have to let others pull me into their negative energy fields. It took a lot of work using diversionary techniques and calming music, but for me well worth the effort. Shed loads of virtual hugs coming your way.:):)The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
That's why we've been avoiding them Maddiemay, wise words btw I do appreciate it. I thought her message was just too good to be true i.e. she wanted me to hear it from her, I checked her social media page earlier and it had been posted there first. I was an after thought. I think we'll be avoiding them like the plague.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Dinner was quick cook noodles for OH and I (10p a packet from B&M). Watching Captain Phillips, OH is fast asleep on the sofa. OH is quite upset with his niece.
Hopefully I'll hear about my interview tomorrow. Applied for some more jobs, I just want to get back to work for my own sanity! (and bank balance!).CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. After some sleep (didn't sleep terribly well) I feel better. OH is on earlies and was moaning about going into work. Told him he'd be moaning more if he wasn't working at all and although the wage isn't brilliant its money coming in.
Having a cuppa and had some toast and dairylea (well Aldi's equivalent!) then I'll apply for some more job ads, I applied for another 12 last night. Hoping to hear today about my interview last week, keep your fingers crossed please!!!!CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Ok, I had a quick snooze on the sofa. Feeling a bit more awake after a quick sleep (well nearly 2 hours!), but I can't believe how cold it is! I'm sure there's snow on the way. I've tried keeping the heating off or down low but I currently have it on at 18C and quite a few thin layers on and a blanket across my lap to keep me warm. Is anyone else finding it cold?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Still no news but I had a call for an interview for another company, they're setting that up for me. Its further away (about an hour's drive in low traffic) but the pay is the same as the one at the company where I was working recently. I know they said early this week (and I know the person was out of the office on Monday) but I thought I would have heard by now.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
