Otelo and Ombudsman very weak.

I have just won my case taken to OTELO and the Ombudsman.

However I was alarmed at how weak and superficial their dealings were.
The Ombudsman, a Ms. Elizabeth France CBE, spent a long time indicating and excusing the lack of power of the Ombudsman in dealing with the failure of O2 to honour its terms and contract conditons of my Pay up Front for Life.
IE, she thinks it fit and fair to award £50 compensation against O2 for not honouring the terms entitling me to 200 or 50 min talk plans for life.

I have read the Final Decision several times and I still cannot believe the the lack of clout this organisation has, Otelo has been lied to by O2 and still seems to be able to get away with it by a play on words or semantics.
