Good afternoon everyone :hello:
Good wishes to all sick people and pets and hugs for anyone who needs one.
The sun is shining so this morning has been spent washing and drying the summer duvets, they can air over the landing bannisters tonight then be folded and put away in the airing cupboard tomorrow.
Have also been to the post office with 2 ebay and 2 Amazon parcels. I called into a local charity shop and found a lovely photo frame and a brand new Per Una jumper which are now in my DD's Christmas pile at a total cost of £8.
Slow cooker is on with chicken thighs cooking with olives and preserved lemons to be served with couscous laters, and left overs for lunches tomorrow. Yesterday's yoghurt was the best yet, I used an organic culture and this seems to have made the difference. Now I just need to try and make tomorrow's using this batch as the culture .... we will see!
Camera out next for more ebay listings.

Afternoon,
Oh Julie....wish you hadn't made me aware of that website! Your dress is lovely and I love the colour too, but I like too many of the other dresses....don't have the figure for one like yours and no weddings in pipeline either!
Taplady....trust that everything will be ok.
Bitsy....Have made one move in my life....next will be in a box!
Drizzling here all day so washing in on airer
DS3 was fishing at weekend so I am having fish to-day and to-morrow....love fresh fish, today we will have it with baked spuds and bok choi with oyster sauce and chilli.
Can't find my charger for tablet....put it somewhere safe obviously....brother has one the same so will borrow it later.
Bought a chocolate Panettone on Saturday and opened it by mistakeso will now have to eat it....pudding sorted for 2 days so won't need to bake, although want to do couple of cakes from Rachel's cake diary they look scrumptious.

So have finished the Rivers of London and begun Moon over Soho which is just as good.
The books are about 4 pounds each but not bad when you consider that me oh and Ds3 all read them.
I'm a huge fan of Ben Aaronovitch - that man just can't write the books fast enough for meHe's in danger of usurping Terry Pratchett for first place in my fantasy library, and I don't say that lightly.

Love the dress Julie. Sadly, unless I do better with my diet, fitted dresses are a no-no for me. I bet you'll look gorgeous though.
Taplady: I hope everything is OK.
We have spent the day with friends. Oh-oh! Steak and ale pie with wedges for lunch and a cream tea with the biggest scone you have ever seen piled high with jam and clotted cream. Eat your heart out Rosemary Conley. I must have put on half a stone. Was it worth it? You bet it was.
Nothing OS going on here today. But tomorrow...........
Just off to make my to-do list.

Glad you all like the dress:D much more than I would normally pay but have been saving up as I've been losing so it's a special treat to myself.
Mean Marie I'm not really that shape but it just seems to push me in and out in all the right places:rotfl:
Tiglath I fear I am going to become addicted to Mr Aaronovitch and I am not usually a fantasy fan.

Bitsy-I sympathise with the mess created by decorating as we're doing the same.Finished the actual decorating but its taken me all day to put furniture back and have a good tidy up=I'm shattered. We booked our friend to come and clean the suite, and do our bedroom carpet tomorrow but he's just rung and he's coming on Wed now.At least I get a rest before we move the bedroom furniture out:D
Tea was a very:money:egg and chips, couldn't be bothered with anything else.Off to have a sit down at last,my backs killing me after dragging sofas around:rotfl:
Have a good evening all x
