Vodaphone ripoff merchants

I have just tried geting in touch with these clowns using the 191 number from my mobile only too be told that without sufficient credit I will not be put through to a customer services representative "ring our 0870 ripoff number instead" surely this should be free of a vodaphone simcard........tight gits........any1 know the free number to get in touch with these idiots

    no different to orange and o2 pay as you go

    Can't see why anyone would assume the call would be free when it's clearly standard practice (and always has been as far as I know).:confused:
    To be "fair", I think most (all?) tend to charge a flat rate per call so it doesn't matter how long you're kept on hold or how long it takes to sort out your query. :whistle:
