Help with cancelling my virgin!

Moving out of my flat, to move to different city moving in with people who have sky put in already
basically when i got my package i didnt sign my contract
does this mean i can cancel with the huge cancellation charge?

Yes, you will indeed have to cancel with a huge cancellation charge...
Not signing a piece of paper does not mean that a contract does not exist. You have used the service and paid for it, so by doing so you have accepted the terms and remain in contract. If you wish to now break that contact then you must give your 30 days notice and pay the ETC, or have your credit record trashed for 6 years.
You must also return the equipment, which remains VM's property.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
ring them on 150 virgin phone line,speak to retenstions and send them a letter by recorded post or special post so you have a means of proving they got it ,not just proving you sent it ,get the post office to put virgin and post code on your receipt too,so they cannot say you sent it to the wrong place ,
