Argh, my fairy cakes came out smelling and tasting like omlette!
I think the eggs must have been didgy, as everything else is fine, and i used the last 2 eggs from an old packet for the fairy cakes

Luckily, everything else is OK though...photo to follow

Morning all

On todays meal plan is chilli con carne, but i just cant face it for some reason today.
So i am changing it to Pumpkin and coconut curry. Never tried it before, so fingers crossed!
I am not sure if i can substitute ground cinnamon with mixed spice, as thats the only thing i havebt got...we'll see now it tastes!

Morning

So today i am doing some baking (what's new!) and listing ebay stuff, as well as looking into amazon trade in.



Think i'll give the baking a rest for a few days after today, as the kids have more than enough to keep going!

Received my free graze box. Looks lovely i am sure you'll agree!
Chilli and lime pistachios, fruit and seed flapjacks, Florentine ( which is dark choc , cranberries and pumpkin seeds), and salsa mexicanas ( coriander and lime crackers with Mexican dip).

Will have to try it and let you all know how it tastes !!
