    BBQ courgettes, aubergines sliced lengthwise, whole mushrooms, peppers cut into large chunks, par cooked potatoes or sweet potato in their skins. Marinade in a sauce, I use BBQ sauce, Nandos sauce or Reggae Reggae sauce and olive oil, I used a garlic one. You need the oil for it to cook properly.

    I was a vegetarian for 4 years and thought they tasted better than meat but I do have beef and chicken now marinated in the same way.

    I find Cauldron sausages are excellent. They are based on tofu and come ain Lancashire and Cumberland varieties. They grill wonderfully well and are delicious. :)
