Can't login to Passivsystems hub

As part of a solar panel installation we had a Passiv systems hub & controller installed to control our domestic heating. As a part of this system we can login to the solar panels and monitor their performance.
However as of this morning I cannot login to the hub. The system is still controlling the heating but the web pages I can usually get to monitor the system are not available.
Worryingly I cannot connect to PassivLiving.com. either.
Anyone else here with these difficulties?

PassivLiving.com is down for everyone, their main site Passivsystems.com is ok.

Id just wait a few hours, it should come back up.

The technical fault has been identified and a repair was instigated early Saturday PM whereby the service was fully restored.
