Glazing for my new porch.

We are having a new porch built and its very confusing. The windows in my house at the moment are Pilkington Cervoglass and are self cleaning with a vague mirror finish, and of course I want the windows in my new porch to match. I have had a quote for and I quote. 28mm Low E/'k' glass, Energy A rated. He is a local company…

He has rung me and we are having the Pilkingtons Activ, which is self cleaning and matches the rest of the windows.

So why he would send me a quote for Planetherm, self cleaning which doesnt match the rest of the windows is beyond me.

Why dont people listen.
