Hi Nicole, I take your point about the mobile updates. Usually never update unless I am sure. Unfortunately I am not quite sure how it happened, I was uploading my pic to Samsung Keiys and must have pressed the wrong button somewhere. It has changed all my screens and I hate it but I suppose its my own fault for not being careful enough. Will have to get my DD to have a look at it when I go there tomorrow. Will remember in future, thanks for the info anyway, I will remember next time.

Sylvia, make sure that your Samsung Kies doesn't have automatic update checked. This is how you turn it off.
Open Kies > Click on Settings (Small gear icon in the lower-right)
This will open up the Settings dialog.
Click on the Update tab
Uncheck the box next to "Auto Check Update"

i've added to it as i thought it's the best post i've read for a long time to someone new on here,
i lurked on mse since 2004/5 but didn't pluck up courage to actually join until 2007, then joined in with the arms on a few games to get my post count up/joined in discussions as it was then (now it's ccc) along with saying congrats to peeps :j also joined in the very early compers inn :j
used to be very busy back then :eek: was always hard to keep up with replying to the postings :eek::rotfl:
was just remembering my very first post for the mags
was that's life & full house :eek::rotfl:
i'd followed the rules & then after that i used to post loads of mag comps/puzzler comps/postal comps etc :eek:
my days were full of posting comps on here
nowdays i've slowed down loads thank goodness :D

DH has gone to hospital as his dad has been took in. He was in bed when his mum phoned to say he wasn't well and the ambulance took him in. I think everyone is suffering in this bad weather!
I was going to go to bed but I best wait up for him coming in.

Snowing here too when I got up at 6.30 :eek: but clouds have moved away and we have blue sky again, thankfully.

Out tonight to theatre to see The Blues Brothers, I bought tickets for OH for his Christmas, not my cup of tea but he has always loved that film so hope he enjoys the musical
