DD is doing my head in going on about whether the school will be open even though I have said she can stay off!

We have two fat Partridges sheltering in our garden.

No snow here but really windy and cold so a day for staying in and doing ironing and housework I think

Not like you to miss out on the snow wingo! Never heard your bed time saying before.
Think our snow is to continue well into tomorrow. Thanks for heads up SueM - have a Tassimo but it would make a nice prezzy.

I have no intention of going out either FF. Poor DS has to walk down to work in this as we aren't risking taking the car out.

Morning all, its trying very hard to snow here at the moment and the sky looks full of it, thought this was supposed to be Spring!

Thanks for the info Firefly - love the way you look things up for us. My parents always said "up the wooden hills to Bedfordshire" Never undertood it as we lived in Wolverhampton!

Wingo - good luck with the comp,comp,comp - have to be in it to win it and all that. Any news on some work yet or are you still waiting the checks - and the cheques of course.

Sheils - yes glad to be back to chat - to hell with them, while they are talking about us I suppose they are leaving everyone else alone.
