Syl: are you near that ship? (Farne Islands)
Hope the puffins etc. aren't affected.

No snow here yet thankfully but it's pretty nippy so may be all white when I get up tomorrow.
I let jasper outside earlier and when I brought him back in I told him to wipe his paws (like I always do)...I got a shock when he actually stopped and wiped his paws! :rotfl: I guess dogs do understand eventually! (pity it doesn't work for kids and husbands!)
I thought there was a baby crying outside just now, when I looked two cats were squaring up to each other on my drive!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Night Sheils xx
Had to go shoo the kitties from my drive, they were waking the kids up!
Raining heavy here now.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Wingo - Silly cats! We have foxes here that used to live in our garden (the garden is massive but we didn't use all of it until last year and the foxes moved on) but they still like to mate in our garden. They make a horrible racket! I hate the snow! It looks so pretty but when it starts to go and you have to go out in it it's not so fun.
Sheils - Well done to DD. Going in for 2 hours but staying for 6 on her first day. I bet they are well impressed with her.
Sylvia - glad you got some money for your washer. We are in the process of getting rid of lots of stuff. OH wants to give it to the charity shop but I would like to sell some of the things. We cleared out his dads place and we gave soooo much to the charity shop and 3 bags of my clothes aswell. It's not like we are rolling in it and I've done my bit for charity. What I can't sell will still go to charity.
Katie - Glad you had a nice time with your family
FF - Chilli very yummy. I had chicken nuggets for tea. We hadn't defrosted anything lol
Well, went out to do my mystery shops. Was hoping for a stroll with OH and LO down the seafront but it rained. So they stayed in the car. Bless them. Went to Tescos. God knows why as we spent £40 on odd bits when I can get a full shop at Aldi for that
Had playtime with LO and she rolled over but in a different way than normal and she tried to do it the other way. Plus she picked up the rattle and banged it about for a good few minutes before dropping it which she's never done before. Haha you can tell I'm a first time mummy. Everything she does excites and amazes me. Bless her, she just gets so excited when she's on the playmat with her toys and jungle sounds.March Wins

Treasure them moments Nicole as they soon grow up! It's nice to remember all the good things that they did. I kept a little scrap book with my first but not with my other two which I regret as there's things I want to remember.
I don't blame you selling some stuff too. I used to always put charity bags out only for other people to come and pinch them, probably to weigh in themselves so I just take stuff to charity shops and weigh in our old clothes myself to make a bit of money.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Morning,
Bucketing down here - better than snow I suppose!
Hope everyone is well and ready for an exciting new week.
It is lovely being a new mum nicole. Make the most of it as before you know it your DD will be a moody teenager :rotfl: (I have 3 boys and DD and sorry but girls are worse!) Hope you manage to sell some stuff and treat yourself. Do you really manage to get a full shop in Aldi? I only ever seem to buy a few things when I go in, maybe I'm not trying hard enough to try different brands.
DS2 returns from Hamburg tonight (I hope!) Still can't believe he has friends his age getting married. Wish a girl would settle him down.
Hoping to hear today when our car will be coming home - getting a bit fed up of having a small courtesy car.
Anyway must get some comps done. Have a lucky week everyone.
