Good Morning,

Got up this morning expecting it to be frosty but we have had rain instead. So much for weather forecasts.
Back to normal today so maybe get more comps done, Cupboards and fridge getting empty though so expect we will need to go shopping. Huge stack of ironing sitting looking at me too.

good morning all. Its raining and miserable here. Off to town soon, Sister is joining us for lunch, its half price food today at Yates so having a treat. She is staying until Saturday so will be busy.

Good morning everyone!

Got my hair appointment today woohoo! First time I've had my hair done since I was 5 months pregnant! I'm so excited. (yea, I know sad lol) My husband had forgotten that I was having my hair done so he kinda double booked me! We've got to clear his dad's old house so he can sell it on Monday since he doesn't drive. He said it would be fine for the men to sort it out today. "You can give me a lift into town and look after LO, can you?" Pfft men. No I can't I'm at the hairdresser. The response I got was "Oh yea" So having to drive him into town with LO leave him there with LO and if he's still in town when I'm finished, pick them up. I thought I was going to have a rush free day today. I guess not.

I'll catch up with the thread properly when I get home later.

I never saw your ironing pile Sheils but I can imagine, it's never ending in this house neither!

I've just had a text off the school to say DD1 has been late twice so will get detention if she is late again! I really don't know what she does on the way to school to make her late, she has no motivation in her whatsoever!
I was hoping the the text was going to be a win!

Might not see me here for a bit, got a new toy to play with-bought OH a Google Nexus 7 tablet, just arrived so will be instructing him how to use it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: as he is not too internet savvy. Fed up with him wanting to use my lappy :eek:

Hi everyone,

Back from shopping and just had a nice free range egg for lunch.
Haven't done much comping and no ironing yet. Have booked 2 nights in a Premier Inn in Dundee for the end of May though. Booked a concert there last year with my Ticketmaster win so looking forward to it. Had the decision to make of paying £100 to stay in Dundee or £60 to stay 5 miles out so chose the £60 and if we need to pay for a taxi at night it will still be cheaper. Prefer to stay out of cities if we can. Hope we have made the right decision.

we've a city farm that i sometimes go visit & they sell all thier organic veggies & f/r eggs, it's great :j
