Yes I am up at 4.20am - I've just had a text from my daughter who thinks her labour has started. I'm too excited to go back to sleep - just hoping it's not a false alarm.

anyway I'm just going to start the magazine dailies just in case

Welcome carla-louise - I remember the days of vodka and heels and trying not to fall over.

My replacement filling cost nearly £38 FF and the worst of it is I have another 2 coming to the end of their life. At least this one looks better than the old one as it is pale. (not that many peeps see the back of my mouth!)

We will need to go shoping today. It doesn't look as frosty as it did last night so hopefully roads will be OK. I think we have snow forecast for tomorrow which is the first time it has been forecast. Torrential rain forecast for Saturday though so won't worry about it if it comes. DD did manage a bit of sledging up on the golf course the other night which was nice for her. She also tried out the Hunter wellies I won.

Morning everyone, up early for me today, OH needed an alarm call for GP appointment :mad:

Saw the forecast last night and as sheils said, think we may finally get snow on Friday but well stocked up so won't need to go out.

Decided yesterday to book our flight to Crete for 23rd April in the hope OH's knee will be much recovered by then - he's getting there slowly. Single flight for the 2 of us with Ryanair- £58 :j:j well at that price it would be rude not to! I did reserve seats though adding another £30 so OH would have plenty leg room.

We book a return flight from Crete when we decide to come back, probably September - now need to organise everything before we go.

I seem to be completely up to date with the board, those wee red crosses certainly make a difference methinks.

Great you have got your flights sorted ellemm. My DH is doing my head in going on about holidays. We just don't know what we can do this year because of our teenagers. My parents have offered to help but they don't want to stay there as there is no internet and not a lot of space and my mum is up half the night and wakens DD!

It looks like a big of a thaw is going on here but we have still had a bit of snow overnight.

Sheils;) Sat up in bed and looked at my phone this morning and lol. There was your tweet saying that you could see I was up and getting on with the daily's! What would I do without him? He creeps down the stairs so as not to wake me so he can get to my laptop and get my daily's done before I get up as he know once I get up he will have to wait and do them in the evening. Bless him. Its 3rd time lucky for me thats for sure.

My £20 Love to Shop vouchers from Lemsip arrived this morning. Still not getting anywhere with my Timotei win though as no-one is replying to me. Have tried going direct to Unilever now as it is their member of staff's email I have so will see if I get a proper reply from them before doing anything else.
