It was really deep here two yrs ago too, deepest ive ever known it and although it's snowed non stop since Tuesday, it's not too deep now this time round (thankfully!)
Love the tooth fairy letter Sheils!might try that on my youngest DD. last time she wrote me a letter...dear tooth fairy..or shall I call you bingo wings mam! I wrote back saying, if you don't believe in the tooth fairy, you don't get your money, but Thankyou for the lovely tooth.
I gave her money the next day after she said sorry to the tooth fairy! (I just hope she doesn't find her letters and teeth that I keep!)
Great joke Sue, will tell that to hubby tomorrow when he goes for petrol!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Some sad cases in the news re: the snow.
Sheils, i luv cats and wingobins both Mrs Brown's Boys Holiday/Senance and Valentine's Day were really funny. I laughted when he put the candles inside his glasses (Senance). It was funny in the pub as well as all the people collapsed. When the man collapsed he said that explains Rory. I laughted at the wheelbarrow scene and when he was getting the table ready for his dinner date. How does he think of some of the things. Must say he makes a better looking woman than a man. No offence.
Wasn't me who won the Zoflora prize - same name only my first name has an e. Will have to hurry up and win a prize for 2013 as none won yet.
Speak to you later.

Morning!
Feeling cold here this morning - first frost we have had for a while.
Hope the roads will be Ok as a salesman from the garage we use is taking our car for its first service. (30 miles away) I am going to the dentist to get a filling replaced too. Dread to think what that will cost as we are private patients.
Loved the last MrsBs Boys Dreams. I couldn't stop laughing when the guy came out of the toilet under the stairs. I thought it was going to happen but the way he was dressed really cracked me up.
Hope everyone has a lucky day anyway.

Morning all, thanks for the recipe fire**fly, I've bookmarked it, I'm sure we'll both enjoy that one.
Love the tooth fairy letter, I can remember my neighbours son when he was little finding one of their dog's baby teeth and putting it under his pillow. I gave her a dog biscuit for the tooth fairy to leave, he was not amused
The snow has nearly gone here now thank goodness, but it's still very cold. Hope we've seen the last of it, but I doubt it.
DH rang BT last night to arrange for them to change us over to Infinity Broadband, roll on Feb 6th, we've had a few problems with ours recently so we're hoping that will be more reliable.
Back later, off to see Dad in a short while. Have a good day all xxLuck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams
