have prepared all the stuff ready to go in soupmaker & will be
switching on at around 2.00 :eek:

Firefly - just remember when you hear a pink its a warning that it is going to blend. We have just had some. I prepared the veg for it alongside the veg for tea last night. Have you tried those Knorr stockpot things, you can get 4 in a pack for £1 at Poundstretcher. They make a very tasty soup and only needs 1 per pot.


Sheils - I know you must be fed up of everyone on about snow but we have it coming down real hard again here at the moment and the schools seem to be sending pupils home again.


Katie - Big hugs, I do hope that you feel better soon.

Ah that's better just had a couple of hours kip on sofa as was feeling under the weather. Didn't want to be late picking kids up so set alarm I must have needed a good sleep as was a restless night last night.

I love the quote Sylvia hubby would probably say 'he' chose me if I showed him! Hope the weather gets better there for you xx

Is your DD's school getting sent home Sheils? Some of the schools here are closed but not my kids. Its now snowing again quite fast.
When I worked in school last time we had the deep snow, it was really bad. Icicles everywhere, roof caving in at certain parts of the school and the snow was really deep but our kids still had to go to school! I was one of the handful of staff that did actually make it in to school! The head teacher hates closing the school!

Glad you got your letters Molly just a phone bill for me today!

Snow has almost gone here again. Its a bit like now you see it now you don't here! It is actually a lovely day now. I have got some washing hanging out and have just been for a walk. Don't think DD will even get to play in it up on the golf course as it is melting so fast. You must all be sick of it by now.
That is the "Stella" win I got last week FF - well done as it looks good.

Hope you are feeling better now wingo.

the soup was delicious & we finished it all off, won't be able to eat much dinner tonight now :D think after the slowcooker this is 2nd fave gadget in kitchen now :j

must be warming up a bit outside as the icicles are beginning to melt from roof some of them looked realy big :eek:

They are coming up at around £60 !!!! :eek:

I must admit I love quirky gadgets too. I used to collect the nodding trolls from Germany and dad put some in the back of the car but someone smashed back windscreen to nick them!

There's still peeps waiting on Stella wins and have emailed them so I might wait till end of week and email them too if the prize hasn't come
