The ITV Trevor Mcdonald death row tv programme was interesting. There were some lovely cats there.

I read/saw something recently that boiling rhubarb can clean a burnt pan.
I think Alfie asked about a burnt pan in the inn in the past.

Can anybody guess what the above snowy image is? (no cheating)

    Morning all,

We have a covering of snow again this morning - just enough to be a nuisance I would think. Hope everyone is still coping with theirs. Sounds like it will all be gone tomorrow when the rain comes.

    Wishing everyone a lucky day.

Morning all, haven't caught up with all your posts from yesterday, was out and about and not on here much (for a change :rotfl:)

Sheils, we have rain/sleet on top of hard frost here so will be treacherous underfoot no doubt - no intentions of going out as up early to watch Andy Murray at Australian Open-will be waving my wee Scottish flag here :D

Have a good day and here's hoping for some nice wins.

Morning!!!! Love and hugs to all and welcome new Inners :D

Well, I have been on a mission these last few days (still on the filing :o). Thought I had it sorted then couldn't find my birth certificate, didn't recall seeing it so ........................ out came all the files again (much to the puddy cats delight!!!!). Files all over the floor (furry helping me .... not :rotfl::rotfl:).

Turned the house upside down, no sign. Then in the wee small hours this morn I think I had a nudge (or a slap!!!!) from me guardian angel!!! :A Passport pinged into me mind - and I had an old passport envelope that I had used to renew at the PO and was due for recycling!!!!

Crept down in the wee small hours, lest I forgot when I woke this morn (3am), (cat stretched and went back to sleep!!) and bingo, I found it!!!! Tucked away inbetween all the blurb and I hadn't noticed it before!!! :j:j

So relieved. I know you can get copies but was so happy to find it!!!! Alfie can rest easy now. :D

ILC - yep re rhubarb!!! You are right - my mum used to have the odd burnt pan :rotfl::rotfl: And we also ate and enjoyed an abundance of delicious home grown rhubarb - now I know why the pans came up so clean!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Dreary and dark here at the mo, not sure what the weather has in store today.

Keep safe everyone and well done on wins! Alfie xxxxxxxx

Good morning - sorry I know I have put this pic on before.

Sheils - hope you enjoyed your films last night. We are hoping to watch The Bletchley Circle while my Sister is with us.

My Mom always used to boil rhubarb to clean the pans too and we ate it afterwards without a care in the world along with all the muck from the pan. Never did us any harm either.

Well must get on as Sister wants to go out and I need a shower.

Hope you all get some wins today.

    SYL
BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS

Have got TV on and watching Andy too ellemm!

Postman just brought me a signed copy of Peter Andre's Angels & Demons. It didn't say where I won it from but I can only find one comp for that so I assume that is it. DD will be over the moon! :j

Glad you found your passport Alfie. I have been known to get up through the night to check on something.

Don't like the thought of eating the rhubarb afterwards Sylvia. Hope you get out OK. It is still snowing lightly here.
